As the coronavirus crisis continues and questions arise about the safety of car rental customers, I would like to provide you with the following information about how we ensure the disinfection of our cars and the safety of customers using our vehicles:

• As of 13.03.2020, for vehicle disinfection we use a special alcohol-based disinfectant Dezyradus, which has bactericidal and virucidal properties and is used for the disinfection of surfaces and medical instruments (a product data sheet can be provided upon request).
• Our procedures assume disinfection of every vehicle after it is returned by the customer: steering wheel, gear shift lever, hand brake lever, display with radio, handles inside the vehicle and armrest, and external door handles.
• In addition, vehicles are delivered to clients by a driver wearing disposable gloves, so there is no skin contact with the decontaminated surfaces.
• We allow for a 24-hour delay in returning the vehicle if you are quarantined.
